Now, all exercises increase your metabolism. Yet, weight training, especially when you combine it with high intensity interval training… can have your body burning fat for hours, even after you’re done exercising.

Women often overlook and don’t even consider doing weight training… as they believe they’ll bulk up. Yet, this couldn't be further from the truth. Unless, you’re doing seriously heavy weight training routines 5-6 days a week… then combining that with supplements and other enhancers or stimulants.
